RingCentral in Belmont, California seeks a Senior Analyst to join the Strategy & Business Operations team. You will build automated customer analytics products and data pipelines using Python and AI tools to inform pricing and packaging decisions.

Responsibilities include creating live customer journey analytics, supporting pricing analysis, replacing manual reporting with automated solutions, and presenting findings to senior leadership.

Formación

• 4+ years in strategy, business operations, analytics, or management consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL and cloud data warehouses to build automated data pipelines.
• Proficiency leveraging AI coding tools.
• Strong communication to translate data into executive recommendations.
• Ability to work in-office in Belmont, CA four days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain live customer journey analytics and Voice of Customer products using product usage, support, survey, and CRM data.
• Support pricing and packaging decisions with analysis of plan mix, discounting, and customer behavior; deliver clear executive recommendations.
• Replace manual data pulls with automated pipelines and tools.
• Analyze large datasets with Python and SQL and document methods for reuse.
• Collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to define consistent metrics.
• Present findings to senior leaders, including VP and C-suite.
