Job summary
RingCentral, Inc. in Belmont, CA is seeking a Senior Analyst to join Strategy & Business Operations. You will build automated customer analytics products and data pipelines using Python and AI tools to inform pricing and packaging decisions.
This in-office role four days a week, reporting to senior leadership. Responsibilities include creating live customer journey analytics, supporting pricing analyses, replacing manual reporting with automated pipelines, and collaborating across Product,
Qualifications
- 4+ years in strategy, business operations, analytics, or management consulting.
- Experience building automated analytics pipelines with Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses and AI coding tools.
Responsibilities
- Build automated customer analytics products and data pipelines using Python and AI tools.
- Support pricing and packaging decisions with analysis of plan mix and customer behavior.
- Replace manual data pulls with automated pipelines and dashboards.
- Analyze large datasets with Python and SQL and document methods.
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to define metrics.
- Present findings to senior leaders including VP and C-suite.
