Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in supply chain fields.
• Minimum 2 years in customer returns, reverse logistics, or related roles.
• Experience with ERP and complex transaction processing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer return requests and RMAs from initiation to closure.
• Review requests for accuracy before authorization.
• Maintain RMA records and related ERP transactions.
• Communicate return requirements and status to customers and teams.
• Monitor outstanding returns and follow up on overdue items.
• Track return aging and unresolved cases.
• Coordinate return shipments, exchanges, refurbishments, and credits.
• Resolve discrepancies related to returned products and shipments.
• Identify process improvements and support automation initiatives.
