Job summary
Stratasys in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Transportation & Logistics Analyst to support freight administration, cost analysis, and performance reporting across the Americas. This role blends data skills with shipping and logistics optimization to drive service levels and reduce costs.
You will build dashboards, analyze shipments and invoices, support freight audit, and partner with cross-functional teams on process improvements.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 3+ years in transportation, logistics, or freight analytics.
- Experience reviewing freight invoices and logistics reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables and lookups.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Export Control Compliant (ITAR).
Responsibilities
- Support Freight Audit & Pay processes and investigate invoice discrepancies.
- Prepare freight spend reporting, accruals, forecasts, and savings tracking.
- Maintain invoice aging reports and coordinate issue resolution with providers.
- Assist with freight recovery activities and reporting.
- Develop and maintain transportation dashboards and KPIs.
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support carrier reviews and quarterly business reviews with data collection.
- Monitor service levels, claims activity, and cost performance metrics.
- Lead transportation projects and document SOPs and test plans.
