Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Manor, TX is seeking a driven Sales Representative to meet monthly sales goals, grow distribution, and strengthen relationships with retail accounts.

You will execute promotions, coordinate displays, monitor inventory, and ensure product freshness. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of related experience or a HS diploma with 4–5+ years, a valid driver's license, reliable auto transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4-5+ years in sales.
• Must be 21+ years old or meet state age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift products 25-50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and promotions and coordinating displays and POS materials.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
