Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Houston is seeking a Sales Associate to drive regional beverage sales, expand distribution, and execute promotions with retailer partners.

You will plan and visit accounts, monitor product placement, and coordinate displays while ensuring product quality and freshness. The role requires strong organization, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position in Houston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years of specific experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Reliable automobile transportation with valid license and auto insurance as per state law.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and meet monthly objectives while acquiring new business and maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicating pricing and promotions, coordinating displays and POS materials, events and opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with QC and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact and freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1 to 3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4 to 5 plus years of specific experience
