Qualifications

• 5 years of Retail Sales and account management experience in Strategic Sourcing.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing or comparable experience.
• Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, CRM platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales growth and lead account management within the Retail channel.
• Identify business changes and growth opportunities from market data and trends.
• Prepare retailer-specific presentations for new products and promotions.
• Execute product launches, planogram updates, price adjustments and SKU rationalization.
• Resolve customer service issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
