Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Retail Partnerships Senior Associate to steer partnerships with retailers and CPGs across North America. You will report to a Sr.

Manager, Retail Partnerships and will balance remote, in-office, and travel to visit merchant partners. You’ll lead launches and onboarding for retail partners, collaborate with the largest strategic partners, and develop long-term multi-channel plans that grow engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management, strategic partnerships, consulting, or banking in technology or high growth startups.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Business Development and/or Partnerships experience.
• Experience with Analytics and Presentation tools.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to streamline work processes.
• Proficiency in analytics & visualization tools (Tableau, Sigma, SQL).

Responsibilities

• Lead launches and onboarding for retail partners.
• Work with the largest and most strategic partners in the retail space.
• Develop long-term business plans alongside partners for multi-channel customer strategies.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to prioritize features for merchants, dashers & customers.
• Design marketing and promotional campaigns for new or churned customers.
• Lead special projects to drive operational efficiency for partners.
