Quad Recruitment seeks a driven Sales Executive with medical sales experience in respiratory services, homecare, DME, infusion, or healthcare sales to join a growing healthcare organization specializing in respiratory products and services.

This role emphasizes building referral partnerships, strategic business development, and exceptional client service to expand territory revenue in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior medical sales experience is required.
• Experience selling respiratory services or with health systems is preferred.
• Background in Homecare, DME, Infusion, Home Health, or related healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
• Respiratory Therapist background or licensure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of respiratory products and healthcare services across assigned territory.
• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, health systems, and referral sources.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase referrals and revenue.
• Support implementation of clinical programs and territory growth initiatives.
• Conduct presentations, in-services, and educational meetings with healthcare professionals.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Clinical Respiratory Liaisons and internal teams to maximize market performance.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals.
• Develop strategic territory marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
