Quad Recruitment is seeking a driven Sales Executive with a Respiratory Therapist license to grow revenue in our healthcare territory. This role focuses on respiratory products and services, building strong referral partnerships, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment.

You will identify opportunities, present clinical programs, and collaborate with clinical liaisons to maximize market performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold Respiratory Therapist license or RT credential.
• Experience in medical sales with healthcare referral networks.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Proficient with PC systems and electronic documentation.

Are you a driven medical sales professional who holds a Respiratory Therapist license? We’re seeking an ambitious and relationship-focused Sales Executive, who has experience inrespiratory services, homecare, DME, infusion, or healthcare sales. You will be joining a growing healthcare organization specializing in respiratory products and services.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building strong referral partnerships, and has a proven ability to grow territory revenue through strategic business development and exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of respiratory products and healthcare services across assigned territory
• Build and strengthen relationships with physicians, hospitals, health systems, and referral sources
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase referrals and revenue
• Support implementation of clinical programs and territory growth initiatives
• Conduct presentations, in-services, and educational meetings with healthcare professionalsMonitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with Clinical Respiratory Liaisons and internal teams to maximize market performance
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
• Develop strategic territory marketing plans aligned with company objectives

Skills Required

• Previous medical sales experience required
• Experience selling respiratory services or working with health systems preferred
• Background in Homecare, DME, Infusion, Home Health, or related healthcare industry strongly preferred
• Respiratory Therapist background or current Respiratory Care Practitioner licensure is required
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset
• Proficient with PC systems, email communication, and electronic documentation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Additional Requirements

• Do you have a sales background in Homecare, DME, Infusion or Home Health?
• Do you hold an active RN/RT License?

Salary

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
