World Wide Technology is hiring a Client Services Executive – Strategic Resourcing to lead services-led growth by expanding WWT’s footprint within core customer accounts through workforce strategy, delivery models, and long‑term services alignment.

This role goes beyond staffing; you’ll be a trusted advisor aligning people, technology, and delivery to client outcomes while driving scalable, recurring services revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic services sales or staffing solutions.
• Ability to engage with hiring managers and executives.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Strategic Resourcing SME within assigned accounts, embedded with the Client Executive and account teams.
• Engage directly with hiring managers, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders (Director, VP, C-Suite).
• Lead consultative conversations on workforce planning, skills gaps, delivery speed, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Own Strategic Resourcing opportunities end-to-end: Discovery, solution design, SOW creation, and extensions.
