Job summary

Arcadis, a world-leading design, engineering and consultancy company, seeks a Resource Planner to drive workforce planning and deploy talent across pursuits and projects. You will engage with Sector and Service leaders to optimize billability, manage demand and maintain data quality.

Your role includes building strong networks, identifying gaps, and coordinating with talent acquisition to align with client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, resource planning or deployment coordination in the AEC or related professional services industry.
• Knowledge of workforce analytics, forecast accuracy and billability influence on deployment decisions.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across leaders and teams.
• Knowledge of regional talent trends and basic employment law relevant to workforce planning.
• Analytical and data-driven, with ability to improve data quality and completeness.

Responsibilities

• Engage with team managers to maximise billability and forecast reliability.
• Manage demand market-place and support network with requests.
• Own the 12-week look-ahead quality for team managers.
• Identify and plan work/demand for Design & Engineering.
• Provide dashboards insights to stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Identify recruitment needs and engage stakeholders timely.
• Utilise pre-planning and soft booking practices.
• Support mobilization and demobilization of talent across projects.
• Be the main contact for talent seeking opportunities and keep data updated.
• Build knowledge of aligned teams to provide strong recommendations.
