We are seeking a Resource Management Specialist to own staffing operations, keep project data accurate, and partner with teams to plan and staff projects. The role rewards communication, organization, and proactive problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, operations, or related roles.
• Experience owning operational processes with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day maintenance of project and staffing information across resource management tools.
• Manage project operations: setup, status changes, upcoming endings, and related communications.
• Lead team confirmation with Team Planning to finalize staffing plans.
• Coordinate onboarding, departures, and leaves to keep information accurate.
• Monitor holidays and time away to support planning and coverage.
• Provide operational support for contractors: onboarding, renewals, access, compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve resource management processes and docs.
