Work & Co, part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Resource Management Specialist to ensure staffing operations run smoothly across projects and teams. You will own core resource information, coordinate onboarding and leaves, and partner with teams to keep data accurate and processes moving.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, an exceptional communicator, and comfortable managing details while understanding the broader business context.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in resource management, staffing, operations, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience independently owning operational processes and moving work forward across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong familiarity with resource management workflows and project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills—professional, clear, and approachable in conversations and written communications.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving ability to identify issues and determine next steps.
• Collaborative approach and interest in understanding employees’ skills, goals, and business needs.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project and staffing needs.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with ability to balance multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Own the day-to-day maintenance of project and staffing information across resource management tools.
• Manage key project operations, including new project setup, status changes, and communications around new work.
• Lead the team confirmation process with staffing plans and final team communications.
• Coordinate resource management processes for onboarding, departures, or leaves of absence.
• Maintain visibility into upcoming holidays and time away to support planning and coverage.
• Provide operational support for contractors, including onboarding, renewals, and system access.
• Identify opportunities to improve resource management processes and documentation.
