Baker Tilly US is seeking a Resource Management Deployment Manager in Minneapolis to coordinate staffing, onboarding, and transitions across engagements. You will partner with practice leaders and delivery stakeholders to ensure talent aligns with project needs, forecast demand, and drive efficient operations across the Consulting service line.

The role emphasizes proactive workforce planning, stakeholder communication, and process improvement to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of the degree.
• 5+ years of related experience preferred in a professional services firm.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute resource management process for assigned population.
• Schedule resources for client assignments based on timing, travel, levels and skills.
• Forecast hours and monitor headcount using scheduling tools and reports.
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners weekly to provide updates.
• Maintain staff profiles and schedules in the scheduling database.
• Generate resource management reports including utilization and forecasts.
• Coordinate with HR and recruiting on onboarding of campus and experienced hires.
• Drive process improvements to maximize utilization and profitability.
