Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Resource Management Deployment Manager in Milwaukee to coordinate staffing for onboarding and transitions across our Consulting service line. Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience, preferably within a professional services firm

Responsibilities

• Manage resource management process for assigned population
• Coordinate scheduling of resources to client assignments based on timing, travel, levels, skills
• Forecast hours, track utilization, and monitor headcount using scheduling tools
• Generate and analyze resource reports including availability and forecasted hours
• Collaborate with Managers and Partners in weekly update meetings
• Maintain staff profiles and schedules in scheduling database
• Ensure proper staffing alignments to optimize utilization and profitability
• Coordinate with HR and recruiting for hiring and onboarding of talent
• Participate in performance calibration meetings for staff
