Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years experience in claim handling, legal, insurance or environmental fields.
• Licensing may be required to comply with state Travelers requirements.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Handle moderate to large exposure claims with complex liability and coverage issues.
• Research and analyze coverage, communicate positions to policyholders.
• Investigate liability and develop recommendations for action.
• Manage file and account communications, reporting and documentation.
