Job summary

ADP is seeking a Lead Project/Program Manager to serve as the subject matter expert for the Business Continuity & Resiliency program within the HRO domain. You will shape strategy, governance, and execution to ensure resilience across critical processes, technology, and third-party dependencies.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to influence multiple teams in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex programs in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization and deliver executive communications.
• Proven track record in business continuity, resilience, risk management, and crisis readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Continuity & Resiliency program for ADP's HRO business; drive strategy and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Service Ops, Tech, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product and Finance.
• Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and governance materials.
• Facilitate crisis management planning, readiness exercises, and recovery testing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and resilience maturity.
