Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience operating or improving global resilience programs.
• Strong knowledge of impact analysis, dependency mapping, recovery strategies, testing, remediation, and governance.
• Strong project management, organizational, and partnership skills.
• Excellent communication and analytic judgment for technical, business, executive, and Board audiences.
• Comfort using AI, automation, data analysis, and reporting tools.
• A relevant professional certification (e.g., DRI International or BC Institute) or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Identify resilience risks across critical services, functions, technology and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain current, testable business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis plans.
• Coordinate resilience exercises and recovery tests, report findings, and track remediation.
• Assess third-party continuity and recovery capabilities and gaps.
• Communicate resilience posture and open risks to governance forums and senior leadership.
• Partner with regional entities to align global practices with local requirements.
• Improve resilience workflows with AI, automation, dashboards, and self-service tools.
