Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a senior strategic requirements analyst to translate military objectives into actionable requirements and lead end-to-end analysis and validation efforts. The role emphasizes traceability, systems engineering, and alignment with JCIDS processes.

Travel to the NCR is required as needed. The position collaborates with senior leaders and technical stakeholders to produce executive briefings and impact-focused documentation.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph).
• Minimum of 12 years of experience.
• Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR).
• Level of Responsibility: Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment.
• Reporting Chain: Reports to the Task Order Lead; oversees policy interpretation and coordination.

Responsibilities: Strategic Requirements Analysis & Development * Translate commander's intent, strategic objectives, and operational priorities into actionable functional and technical requirements that support mission objectives. * Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation efforts, ensuring alignment between operational needs, technical capabilities, and strategic priorities. * Identify capability gaps, assess emerging mission requirements, and recommend technology-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. * Apply systems engineering principles and requirements management methodologies to ensure requirements traceability, technical feasibility, and alignment with programmatic constraints. Military Operations & Strategic Planning * Leverage expertise in military Service and Combatant Command structures, operational planning processes, and joint military doctrine to support strategic requirements development. * Collaborate with stakeholders across military Services and Geographic and Functional Combatant Commands to identify, assess, and validate operational requirements. * Apply knowledge of defense planning and capability development processes, including the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), to align requirements with mission priorities. * Evaluate complex operational challenges, competing priorities, and capability needs to develop strategic recommendations that support informed decision-making. Senior Leadership Engagement & Stakeholder Coordination * Engage with senior military leadership, flag officers, Senior Executive Service (SES) officials, and technical stakeholders to identify strategic objectives and operational requirements. * Facilitate stakeholder discussions and collaborative planning sessions, synthesizing complex or conflicting inputs into clearly defined requirements and actionable recommendations. * Develop and present executive-level briefings, strategic assessments, and requirements documentation, translating technical concepts into operationally relevant information. Technical Assessment & Capability Alignment * Collaborate with systems engineers, enterprise architects, and technical subject matter experts to ensure requirements translate into feasible technical solutions. * Assess proposed technologies, technical capabilities, and potential solutions against documented operational requirements and mission objectives. * Support capability gap assessments, analysis of alternatives, and technical feasibility evaluations to inform strategic planning and investment decisions. * Identify technical dependencies, integration considerations, and operational risks to ensure proposed solutions align with enterprise capabilities and long-term defense objectives. • Level of Responsibility: * Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.
• Reporting Chain: * This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions' assigned Task Order Lead. * The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.
• Work Environment: * This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment. * Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis. * This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Salary Range: $113k - $236k The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding. For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good‑faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
