Job summary

Axiologic Solutions is seeking an experienced Strategic Requirements Consultant to provide strategic requirements analysis, operational planning, and technical advisory support to the DIA CIF JPMO.

The ideal candidate translates complex operational needs into actionable requirements, leads cross‑agency requirements work, and collaborates with senior leaders to align solutions with defense priorities.

This on-site role in Washington, DC requires TS/SCI with CI Poly and 12+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph).
• 12+ years of experience in strategic requirements or defense programs.
• Masters degree, or Bachelor's with 2 additional years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable functional and technical requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and validation across stakeholders.
• Identify capability gaps and recommend technology-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with military services and Combatant Commands to align requirements with JCIDS.
• Develop executive-level briefings and requirements documentation.
