Axiologic Solutions LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a senior IT Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex DoD/IC IT projects on site. You will develop and maintain project artifacts, coordinate cross-functional teams and government stakeholders, monitor progress, and drive on-schedule delivery while upholding quality, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities: IT Project Planning & Lifecycle Management

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of complex IT projects, from initial concept and requirements definition through planning, execution, implementation, and final closure.
• Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project management artifacts, including project plans, scoping documents, schedules, resource plans, project estimates, status reports, and meeting agendas.
• Establish clear project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and performance expectations to ensure alignment with customer requirements and organizational priorities.
• Prepare and refine detailed work plans, project schedules, resource allocations, and cost estimates to support effective project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules and delivery objectives.
• Ensure project activities and deliverables are completed in accordance with established timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Team Coordination

• Lead and facilitate program and project team meetings, coordinating with government stakeholders, technical teams, and organizational leadership.
• Serve as a key point of coordination between project stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and distribute weekly project status updates, meeting agendas, action items, and other project-related documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure clear understanding of project priorities, responsibilities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and address stakeholder concerns, competing priorities, and organizational challenges that could impact project execution.
• Provide regular project performance updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to government leadership and key stakeholders.

Process Improvement & Project Performance

• Identify, evaluate, and implement process improvements and technology solutions that enhance team productivity, operational efficiency, and project effectiveness.
• Assess existing project management processes, workflows, and team performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop recommendations and corrective actions to improve project execution, strengthen accountability, and ensure consistent delivery against established objectives.
• Anticipate internal and external business challenges, organizational resistance, and operational risks, recommending proactive solutions to minimize project disruptions.
• Establish and maintain consistent project management practices, reporting standards, and quality control measures across assigned initiatives.
• Evaluate project outcomes, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements to support future IT initiatives and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications:

• TS/SCI with CI Poly (or ability to obtain a polygraph)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with an additional two years of experience added to the minimum
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience managing enterprise-level IT projects within the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or other federal government environments.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining project management documentation, schedules, resource plans, and executive-level status reporting.
• Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, process improvement practices, stakeholder engagement, and project lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive successful project outcomes in complex technical environments.

Travel Requirements:

• Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Level of Responsibility:

• Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Reporting Chain:

• This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions' assigned Task Order Lead.

Level of Supervision Required:

• The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.

Work Environment:

• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
• Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.
• This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary Range:

Salary Range: $109,525-$227,475 The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding. For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
