Axiologic Solutions LLC in Washington, DC area is seeking an experienced Requirements Engineer to develop and manage complex system requirements on a full-time, on-site basis. Candidates must hold TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly or be able to obtain polygraph eligibility, and bring at least 12 years of relevant experience.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating customer needs into implementable requirements, and ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements

• Develop functional requirements as needed that are based on customer needs/specifications.
• Define and implement methodologies for determination of requirements.
• Collaborate with specialists across various teams to validate requirement definition and coherency.
• Work with partners and customers to understand new features and translate them into internal requirements that can be implemented by design/engineering team.
• Build and maintain requirement repositories, and collaborate with development, engineering and testing teams to create traceability from requirements to testing to implementation.
• Coordinate the Requirements Management work to ensure it follows internal and external norms and regulations.
• Guide the development of test cases and test procedures that verify the requirements and assist in identifying test methods that successfully assess functionality against requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of all artifacts including requirements, code and test. Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree in an area related to the labor category Travel Requirements: * Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements. Level of Responsibility: * Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs. Reporting Chain: * This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions' assigned Task Order Lead. Level of Supervision Required: * The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications. Work Environment: * This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment. * Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis. * This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Other Duties: Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Salary Range: $58,175 - $120, 825 The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding. For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
