Job summary

Axiologic Solutions LLC in the United States government contracting sector seeks a senior program manager to lead planning, execution, and close of critical projects for federal customers. You will ensure objectives, constraints, and quality are met while coordinating stakeholders, teams, and vendors across multi-contract efforts.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI Poly eligibility (preferred), advanced degree or equivalent senior experience, and a proven ability to analyze analytic operations and

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (preferred) OR TS/SCI with ability to pass a polygraph.
• Master's degree and minimum 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 13 years, as a substitute for the Master's degree.
• Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
• DoD and IC experience desired.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
• TS/SCI eligibility required for the position. Candidates with an active TS/SCI are preferred; candidates with a recent active TS may also be considered for SCI upgrade based on eligibility and program requirements.
• A CI polygraph is required for the position. Candidates without a current CI poly may be considered but must be willing and able to complete the required polygraph within the timeframe established by the applicable contract or customer.

Salary Range

$96,850-$201,150

The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.

For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
