Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Reporting Project Manager to lead all phases of a reporting initiative, from data strategy to dashboard delivery, partnering with senior leaders across the organization.

You will design metrics, analyze data for insights, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive automation to improve data access and decision-making for business outcomes.

Bachelor's degree required; 40 hours weekly; base pay range disclosed with eligibility for bonus and incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience including methodology development, programming (Python, SQL), data summarization and visualization (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
• 5+ years coding in Python and SQL with experience working with large-scale datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) tools including BigQuery for querying, transforming, and managing data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative problem solver, flexible, proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops the overall reporting strategy, including metrics, methodologies, timelines and frequency.
• Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, patterns and insights for informed decisions.
• Oversees creation of reports, dashboards and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborates with senior management, department heads and cross-functional teams to meet reporting needs.
• Develops tools and techniques to extract information and transform into actionable insights.
• Ensures reporting processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Evaluates new technology and automates data collection and core analysis.
