Job summary

CVS Health in Phoenix is seeking a seasoned analyst to lead all phases of reporting initiatives, from data strategy to stakeholder communications. You will define metrics, develop methodologies, and drive timely, accurate insights through dashboards and reports.

The role requires strong Python/SQL coding, data visualization using Tableau/Power BI, and collaboration with senior leaders to ensure compliant, strategic decision support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience including methodology development and data visualization.
• 5+ years coding in Python and SQL with large-scale datasets.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably GCP BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of a reporting project: business analysis, data strategy, and stakeholder communications.
• Design and implement reporting strategy, metrics, methodologies, timelines and frequency.
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for informed decisions.
• Oversee creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualization for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to meet reporting needs.
