Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytical experience including methodology development, programming (Python, SQL), data summarization and visualization (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy).
• 5+ years coding in Python and SQL and experience with large-scale datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including BigQuery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Creative problem solver, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the overall reporting strategy with metrics, methodologies, and timelines.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for decision-making.
• Oversee creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualization tools for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and provide timely information.
• Develop tools to extract information from data and transform it into actionable insights.
• Ensure reporting processes adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
• Evaluate new tech, implement automation, and streamline data collection while maintaining confidentiality.
