Job summary

Framatome North America seeks a Reporting & Analytics Manager to lead enterprise reporting, BI, data governance, and analytics, overseeing Accounting and IT functions to deliver timely, accurate financial and operational insights.

You will partner with executives to align technology with strategy, drive process improvements, and foster data-driven decision-making across finance, tech, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• Eight+ years in reporting, analytics, BI, finance, accounting, IT, or related fields.
• Three+ years of management experience leading teams.
• Experience delivering executive-level reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reporting, BI, data governance, and analytics initiatives.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and scorecards for leadership.
• Analyze performance data across operations, finance, and workforce.
• Present actionable insights to senior leadership and drive decisions.
• Oversee accounting and IT functions to ensure accurate reporting.
