Job summary

Magris Talc is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to lead the annual budget process, quarterly forecasting, and monthly management reporting across North American operations. You will act as the Finance owner for BI initiatives, develop executive dashboards, and promote data governance and self-service reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, data analytics, business, or a related field is required.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent designation preferred.
• At least seven years of progressive FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and BI experience.
• Experience with dashboards and analytical tools for executive reporting in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget process across departments and sites and consolidate into company-wide reports.
• Oversee quarterly forecasts and variance analysis with cross-functional partners.
• Own monthly management reporting with KPIs, EBITDA, and cash flow summaries.
• Lead BI standards, KPI definitions, and enterprise reporting across locations using Power BI.
• Champion AI adoption in finance, automation, and reporting efficiency.
