Röhm in Parsippany, NJ, seeks a Business Performance & Strategy Manager to lead the Americas unit's planning, analytics and strategic projects. You will own forecasting, data governance, pricing analytics and BI reporting, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

The role requires a senior contributor with cross-functional experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and a track record of delivering decision-ready insights. On-site role with US operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, pricing, analytics, strategy, or operations.
• Industrial, chemical, manufacturing or B2B experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and operate the integrated business planning and performance management cycle.
• Develop KPI architecture and governance for reporting across SAP, CRM, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Build Power BI dashboards and automate reporting; deliver executive materials for leadership.
• Own pricing governance, profitability analytics and scenarios; advise across regions.
• Lead strategic projects and PMO activities; drive cross functional accountability.
