Job summary

Framatome North America is seeking an OPEX Professional to accelerate continuous improvement across Installed Base America. You will coach teams, lead Lean initiatives, and drive data-driven optimization using Power BI and AI-enabled tools.

You’ll collaborate with global OpEx networks, map processes, and support automation opportunities while delivering measurable impact and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong Lean and continuous improvement background.
• Experience facilitating cross-functional workshops.
• Passion for data and digital tools (Power BI/AI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead A3 problem solving and 8D event resolution.
• Facilitate Lean workshops and real-time improvements.
• Deliver Lean tool training and visual management.
• Drive digital transformation with Power BI dashboards.
• Support Master Plan and report on key metrics.
