Zero Impact Solutions in Costa Mesa, CA, is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the client-facing team through the sales process from lead generation to contract execution. You will maintain rebate programs, coordinate cross-department communication, and keep CRM records accurate.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales support, are proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office, and excel at communication and organization.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related support role.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify key decision-makers and support business development efforts.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity tracking while utilizing Salesforce, Slack, Asana, and other platforms.
• Assist Sales and Client Relations with contract administration, document management, reporting, and other sales support functions.
• Coordinate project communications between Sales, Engineering, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare correspondence with state organizations and manage rebate submissions, extension requests, and related program documentation.
