Job summary

BizFirst LLC is assisting the DoD's DCSA with recruiting a skilled Human Capital Consultant (Associate) for a remote, full-time assignment. The role supports financial management, workforce development, and organizational design across federal engagements, requiring an active TS clearance and strong data-analysis capabilities.

You will facilitate meetings, develop communications, create high-quality slides, and build dashboards to enable leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, business, public administration, or related field.
• Active Top Secret clearance required and must be maintained.
• 4+ years of consulting or human capital experience.
• Experience facilitating client meetings and internal touchpoints.
• Ability to plan and execute in-person and virtual events.
• Strong slide creation and storytelling skills.
• Proficient data analysis and ability to build dashboards.
• Experience with DoD or federal advisory projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more human capital domains on the DCSA engagement.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate logistics for events.
• Plan, develop communications, and support implementation.
• Create slides that convey insights to clients and leadership.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Maintain dashboards and data visualizations for decisions.
