Job summary

You will analyze workforce data, develop competency standards, and support talent management, workforce planning, and career pathing initiatives. Qualifications include a Master’s in I/O Psychology with 1–2 years of experience, TS/SCI clearance, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology with 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• TS or TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.
• Attention to detail and professional relationship skills.
• US citizen.
