Job summary

BizFirst is recruiting a Human Capital Consultant for the DCSA Financial Management Modernization (FMM) program. The role is an onsite, full-time assignment at DCSA headquarters in Quantico, VA, requiring an active TS clearance and several years of associate-level consulting experience in human capital.

The candidate will work across employee experience, workforce development, and organizational design domains, facilitating meetings and events, and producing data-driven insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required.
• Associate-level consulting experience (4+ years) in human capital.
• Experience in employee experience, workforce development, competencies/skills frameworks, or organizational design.
• Strong facilitation and meeting management skills.
• Experience planning and executing both in-person and virtual events.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IO psychology, business, public admin, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the human capital consultant on the DCSA FMM team across domains such as employee experience and workforce development.
• Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, including recurring touchpoints and briefings.
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events; develop communications and coordinate logistics.
• Create high-quality slides that convey insights and storytelling for clients and leadership.
• Work with data sets to conduct analyses and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Build and maintain dashboards or visualizations to support decision-making.
• Coordinate with prime contractor and client leads to keep deliverables on schedule.
