Job summary

BizFirst is recruiting an Associate Human Capital Consultant to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) on a remote, full-time basis. The role focuses on employee experience, workforce development, and organizational design with data-driven insights.

You will facilitate meetings, plan events, and create compelling slides while building dashboards and analyzing workforce data. A TS clearance is required and ongoing security posture is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
• 4+ years of consulting or human capital experience at Associate level.
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating client work.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more human capital domains on the DCSA engagement.
• Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings and briefings.
• Plan and execute in-person and virtual events and communications.
• Create high-quality slides for storytelling and insights.
• Work with data sets, perform analyses, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
• Build dashboards or visualizations to enable workforce decision-making.
• Coordinate with prime contractor teams to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Maintain active Top Secret clearance and security posture.
