Job summary

ACES Group LLC is seeking a Human Capital Manager to support the DoD CIO on a 5-year contract with on-site work at the Alexandria, VA offices. The role requires an Active Secret clearance and deep experience in CES recruitment and staffing policies for DoD components.

The successful candidate will provide expert HR guidance, manage staff actions using automated tools, and coordinate with DoD stakeholders across multiple audiences to ensure compliant CES personnel management.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required with 15+ years of experience.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Extensive federal HR experience (DoD preferred) in recruitment and staffing for CES personnel system.

Responsibilities

• Advise on CES recruitment process procedures and regulatory requirements for staff actions.
• Guide CES component stakeholders in staffing actions using current automated tools in accordance with HR guidance.
• Review justifications for special salary rates, recruitment bonuses, retention allowances, and other authorities.
