Job summary

Seamless is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to drive talent across engineering, product, sales and business functions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will partner with leaders to shape hiring strategy, manage multiple open roles, and build scalable pipelines that support rapid growth.

You will read technical signals, source passive candidates, screen and close senior roles, and contribute to hiring KPIs. This role offers remote work with visibility into revenue and product roadmap impact.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in SaaS, B2B tech, or high-growth startups.
• 2+ years recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data roles).
• Proven success managing 8-12+ requisitions across multiple functions simultaneously.
• Experience in PE/VC-backed, founder-led, or Series B-D companies (100-500 employees).
• Track record recruiting mid-to-senior level roles ($100K-$200K+ compensation).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Talent Partnership: define hiring strategies with hiring managers and executives.
• Full-Cycle Recruiting Across Functions: manage multiple open roles across engineering, product, sales, and more.
• Pipeline Excellence & Metrics: build pipelines and report KPIs such as time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.
• Candidate Experience: ensure a world-class journey from first touch to offer acceptance.
• What Success Looks Like: hit quality-of-hire and time-to-fill targets and advise leadership.
