Podium in the United States is seeking a remote Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting, partner with senior leaders, and drive scalable, innovative hiring strategies across multiple functions. You’ll own searches from sourcing to offer and deliver a standout candidate experience.

You must be a builder who thrives in a learning environment, comfortable with high-impact projects, and capable of influencing senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS.
• Experience filling roles such as Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and/or Sales.
• Strong ability to identify and qualify diverse candidates via LinkedIn, resumes, and creative methods.
• Excellent executive communication skills and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Positive, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks.
• Independent worker with strong work ethic and urgency to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple orgs and levels.
• Drive hiring strategy and partner with company leaders.
• Lead first-in-kind searches and deliver superior candidate experience.
• Propose and implement scalable recruiting changes.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to close top talent.
