Job summary

IMPACT Group is a remote, US-based firm helping clients manage relocation, mobility, and talent solutions. We seek a VP, People Solutions – Account Executive to expand key corporate relationships, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences across relocation programs.

You will partner with HR, Global Mobility, and RMCs, developing strategic account plans, leading renewals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative mobility services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five or more years of consultative account management, client success, or sales experience.
• Experience managing corporate relocation clients and/or RMC relationships strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated executive presence and relationship management skills.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel approximately 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic account plans to drive long-term growth and strengthen client relationships.
• Build executive partnerships with HR, Global Mobility, and RMC representatives.
• Lead renewal discussions, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations.
• Develop proposals, statements of work, and pricing recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing on strategic initiatives.
• Expand opportunities by cross-selling and introducing new mobility solutions.
• Monitor account health and ensure high-quality service delivery.
