Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Mobility Specialist to own the day-to-day mobility support for our US employee population, handling relocations, assignments, and business travel in a fast-moving environment. You will oversee mobility requests, collaborate with mobility vendors, and ensure smooth case initiation and resolutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mobility casework experience with a focus on the US.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of US relocation, assignment and business travel compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mobility casework for US employees, including relocations, transfers and assignments.
• Serve as the primary contact for Talent Acquisition and HR Partners, guiding managers with sound judgment.
• Partner with the US Immigration Specialist to align mobility and immigration casework for shared colleagues.
