• Serves as a lead primary Relationship Manager for a portfolio of large corporate clients, coordinating treasury, payments and service teams.
• Monitors payment performance, identifies trends, and translates insights into actions to improve outcomes and revenue.
• Leads client reviews, resolves complex payment issues, and collaborates across teams to drive results.
• Builds executive-level relationships, analyzes payment volumes and service metrics, and prepares performance reporting.
