Job summary

Bank of America seeks a strategic payments leader to drive development and execution of GPS Innovation initiatives across Consumer, Retail, Private Banking and Wealth Management. You will partner with SMEs to flesh out concepts, define test-and-learn requirements, and design phased commercialization with product teams.

You will manage major corporate relationships, monitor payment performance, and present executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 5-10 yrs of relevant business experience and comfort with basic financial modeling
• Proven experience managing relationships with clients for payment products and services
• Ability to interpret payment performance data and service metrics
• Experience analyzing fraud and chargeback performance and driving improvements
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause thinking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior stakeholders
• Cross-functional coordination across product, operations, technology and service teams
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Serves as lead Relationship Manager for a portfolio of large corporate clients with treasury, payments and service teams
• Monitors payment performance, identifies trends, and translates insights into improvements
• Leads client reviews and coordinates cross-functional resolution of complex payment issues
• Develops executive-level reporting, tracks commitments, and supports onboarding and change initiatives
• Maintains visibility into payments industry trends and developments
