Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience leading large global teams.
• Deep knowledge of global payments, treasury services, cash management, liquidity, receivables, and transaction banking.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, and AI/ML teams.
• Experience with modern data architectures and cloud-native analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develops the engineering approach for the program/portfolio solution and collaborates with Architecture to deliver technical enablers.
• Leads planning, definition, and design of complex features spanning multiple teams.
• Creates ideas on designing complex technology and solution development approaches.
• Leads technical oversight for teams in solution development including design reviews and code.
• Defines the technology tool stack for the solution within approved technologies.
• Explores state-of-the-art technologies to improve development efficiencies and release management.
• Leads end-to-end test strategy and integration across teams for the program/portfolio solution.
• Accountable for engineering approach for Global Payments Insights and BI at the program/portfolio level.
