Bank of America is seeking a transformational Senior Technology Leader to define and drive the engineering approach for Global Payments Insights and BI programs. You will lead architects, engineers, and product owners across geographies to deliver scalable data platforms and AI-enabled analytics that align with business goals.

The role demands deep payments knowledge, strong executive presence, and a proven track record in modern data architectures, cloud transformations, and governance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology leadership experience leading global teams.
• Deep knowledge of global payments, treasury services, cash management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience delivering enterprise analytics, data engineering, and AI/ML initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops the engineering approach for the entire program/portfolio solution and collaborates with Architecture to deliver technical enablers.
• Leads planning, definition, and design of complex features spanning multiple teams and explores solution alternatives.
• Provides technical oversight for solution development including design reviews and code within own domain.
• Defines the technology tool stack for the solution within approved technologies.
• Explores state-of-the-art technologies to improve development efficiencies, testing coverage, and release management.
• Leads end-to-end test strategy/creation/adherence and cross-team integration for a program/portfolio solution.
• Accountable for engineering approach for Global Payments Insights and BI outcomes.
