Qualifications

• 5-10 yrs of relevant business experience and comfort with basic financial modeling.
• Experience managing relationships with clients for payment products.
• Ability to interpret payment performance data and service metrics.
• Experience analyzing fraud and chargeback performance and partnering with teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary Relationship Manager for a portfolio of large corporate clients.
• Monitor payment performance and translate insights into actions to improve outcomes.
• Conduct regular client reviews and coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts.
• Build executive level relationships and provide data-driven insights.
• Stay informed on Payments industry trends and developments.
