Job summary

Fairygodboss is looking for a Relationship Manager - Employee Benefits in Florham Park, New Jersey. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for a book of business of Group Health Insurance clients. You'll own the relationship with your clients, acting as a subject-matter expert and ensuring satisfaction and retention.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of insurance experience and a Life & Health Insurance Producer License. The position offers a dynamic environment with comprehensive benefits starting on Day 1.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of related insurance experience required.
• Life & Health Insurance Producer License necessary.
• Previous experience in brokerage or agency environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s primary contact and advocate.
• Manage benefit renewals and implement employee benefits programs.
• Maximize client retention and satisfaction.
