The role emphasizes client retention, understanding clients’ business and objectives, coordinating enrollments, and preparing proposals and materials for prospects.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in employee benefits account management.
• Life/Health license required.
• Knowledge of underwriting principles, funding arrangements and self-funding.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Support client retention by building relationships with key client personnel.
• Understand client business, insurance objectives and benefit programs.
• Prepare final proposals, benchmark reports and sales materials for prospects and clients.
• Coordinate enrollment meetings and carrier changes, and manage compliance tasks.
