Job summary

New Omni Bank, National Association in Irvine, CA is seeking a Relationship Manager to develop and grow banking relationships with commercial clients. You will manage deposits, treasury services, and other bank products to meet client needs while advancing the bank's business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in commercial deposit aggregation.
Proven ability to develop new business and maintain banking relationships.
Strong understanding of business banking products and depository regulation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Sound judgment and ability to manage priorities across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with banking core systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain profitable commercial banking relationships through active business development, networking, referrals, and calling efforts.
Manage and grow a deposit portfolio, maintain high levels of service, and address customer needs.
Coordinate with Deposit Operations, branch staff, and other departments to facilitate client account openings and maintenance.
Maintain an active business development pipeline and provide management with forecasts of deposit production.
Keep knowledge of market conditions, regulations, policies, and competitive offerings.
Represent the Bank professionally and participate in required training.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
