Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, accounting, finance, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in commercial lending, credit analysis, or portfolio management preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience in Excel and banking software preferred
• Bilingual required; Chinese and English preferred

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Monitor performance of assigned commercial loan accounts with financial tracking and risk reviews
• Credit Analysis Support: Assist in preparing credit memos, annual reviews, and renewals
• Client Relationship Support: Serve as a point of contact for loan servicing and documentation requests
• Construction Loan Monitoring: Track progress, draws, disbursements, and quarterly reports
• Risk Monitoring: Identify early warning signs of credit deterioration and escalate as needed
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure files meet internal policies and regulatory standards
• Reporting: Prepare portfolio reports, delinquency and maturity schedules
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth processing
